GBCTA 2020 Annual General Meeting – June 4th at 7:00 PM

Dear GBCTA Trails Enthusiasts, 

The Greater Bragg Creek Trails Association (GBCTA) Board of Directors invites you attend our 2020 Annual General Meeting on June 4^th at 7:00 PM. Due to the continuing COVID-19 needs for social distancing, we have decided to host our AGM via Zoom.

At each Annual General Meeting, as per the GBCTA Bylaws, the voting Members of the Society elect Directors to hold office for a two-year term.  

At our meeting there will be presentations given for:

• Election or introduction of the Directors for 2020-2021
• GBCTA Annual Report
• President’s Report
• GBCTA Financial Statements
• Other Reports of our activities and initiatives
• New Business
