Winter is back at West Bragg Creek, with 10+ centimetres of snowfall in February.
The single track trails mix of new, soft snow, user compacted snow, or machine groomed snow. Check individual trail condition reports for updates.
There is finally enough snow on the XC ski trails to allow for track setting, as well as corduroy grooming. The best ski quality is on the sheltered core Crystal Line, Sundog and Loggers trails, while the outer trails have some thin sections, ice flows and “early season” hazards. The frigid arctic weather is forecast to persist for the rest of the week, along with a bit more snowfall, but it is setting up for a nice weekend!
