Happening from the West Bragg Creek Parking lot from 9 am to 4 pm. Flow will cover all the Intermediate fundamental mountain bike skills during the course by going through drills in the morning and then taking what we learn out to the trails for a ride in the afternoon where coaches will provide feedback and where we’ll have the opportunity to sesion certain features.
