Bragg Creek Trails is seeking a skilled and collaborative Operations Manager to support the delivery of safe, sustainable, and well‑maintained trails across the West Bragg Creek network and surrounding community areas. This role is central to coordinating trail maintenance, working with partners and volunteers, and ensuring our operations continue to run smoothly throughout the year.

The Operations Manager oversees day‑to‑day operational planning, equipment and asset management, health and safety practices, and communication with staff, volunteers, and external partners. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership abilities, experience in project or operations management, and a commitment to supporting safe and enjoyable outdoor experiences for all trail users.
