On behalf of BCT please join us in acknowledging the dedication and tireless efforts of our preceding Executive Director, Michelle Dice. Over the last year and a half, Michelle has been an advocate, promotor, organizer, liaison, team builder, visionary, wise counsel and much more for our organization. It is with great difficulty we share Michelle’s resignation as she has accepted an exciting opportunity in Community Development with the City of Calgary.

Michelle joined us from the Bowness Community Association and had an innovative vision for our organization, for our West Bragg Creek trails, and for building a trail community. Her passion, commitment, expertise, and implementation has set BCT on a clear path for growth, sustainability, and future success. Michelle leaves us with a renewed commitment to teamwork and respectful collaboration with partners and stakeholders as we continue our mission of building and maintaining trails in the Greater Bragg Creek Area.

Michelle intentionally and voluntarily facilitated the hiring, training and orienting of our new Executive Director, Mike Duszynski, as well as other key staff. This announcement was made in the January newsletter and the transition has been seamless, despite a very busy time of year.

On behalf of BCT, we thank Michelle. We wish her much success and the best of luck in all her adventures. The trails will always be calling your name Michelle, please visit us often.

All the best,
Con Schiebel
BCT President
